Shipping policy

Fabrication times vary for each item. If the item you purchased is ready to ship and in stock, typical lead time is 1-3 days to process your order. If the item you purchased is Made to Order, Personalized or Custom, shipping times will vary according to the lead time for the item you have purchased. You can find this information in the item description in each individual listing. 

All items ship via USPS first class mail. If you prefer another carrier or would like expedited shipping, please message us for info and pricing. Insurance and signature confirmation can be added for an additional fee. 

If you are purchasing from Arrok Jewelry and you live outside of the USA, you as the buyer are responsible for taxes, duties and any customs fees associated with your particular country and the customs rules. Please know your country's policies and customs fees, and familiarize yourself with the extra costs you may incur for purchasing goods outside of your country. Once again, these fees are the BUYERS responsibility. All customs forms will have accurate representation of package contents and their full value. We will not alter these forms, so please don't ask!
