All Items Purchased from the Fan Favorites Collection will ship the week of November 30th


Below are some frequently asked questions that may help you in your decision making process.
1. Do you accept payment plans?

Yes! If you want to reserve an item that has recently been listed in a shop update or re-stock, I require a 24 hour wait time to reserve or hold items. If you have been coveting an existing item in my shop and you want, or need to make payments I am always happy to come to a mutual payment plan agreement. Deposits on reserved items are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, that is your commitment to purchase the item, and for me to take that item out of my inventory and make it not for sale to others. If you decide in 15, 30 or 45 days  that you no longer want the item, it is much harder for me to sell at that point. Please understand that your deposit will not be refunded in the event that you no longer want your item, for whatever reason


2. If I have an item "in my cart" is it mine?

No! Just because you have an item in your cart it does not mean that it is reserved for you or that someone else cannot purchase it. If you really want an item, make sure to purchase it right away or speak to me about reserving the item and making payments.


3. Do you use sterling silver?

Yes! All the white colored metal in my shop is sterling silver or fine silver. I often use brass or copper as accent metals in my work. If an item is not sterling I let you know in the item description within the listing, so please make sure to read all information within the specific listing that you are looking to purchase. All chain, jump rings, clasps and the like are sterling silver, even if they have patina and are darker, they are sterling.


4. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I take on custom work a few times a year. I will accept custom order requests on a first come first served basis and I will only make jewelry in my specific style. If you want a custom gold engagement ring, or Tiffany setting or something completely out of my normal style, I am not your gal...BUT I will do my best to point you in the direction of someone who can help you. Please DO NOT ask me to copy another artists work, I will not. My custom order list fills up quick. If you happen to miss one of my open slots, don't fret. I typically take on new orders a few times a year so something will eventually open up, and always feel free to ask, if I can accommodate, I will.


5. Custom and personalized orders

If I hand stamp something for you from my existing inventory, or if I make a custom item specifically for you, these items are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE. The item has been stamped with your specific dates or wording or fabricated to your specifications and it is very hard to impossible for me to resell. If you order custom work you may not return the item.
